About Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that works to support your conscious mind through readjustment of your subconscious through a heightened state of learning and discovering new insights into your life patterns and create positive change. The goal is to increase your physical and mental well being through balancing the subconscious with your conscious mind.

Hypnotherapy is considered a complementary treatment. Think of hypnotherapy as a modality as the basis on which healing can occur. Hypnotherapy is also considered a short term approach vs. long time approach in traditional talk therapy and can accelerate treatment.

I can work with you utilizing hypnotherapy as the main modality or as integration into other modalities I practice.

If you are already working with a therapist you can integrate Hypnotherapy into your healing work with areas you feel you are stuck and want to try a different form of treatment.

Individualized Hypnotherapy

I individualize treatment to each individual and the path to change will be unique to your needs and goals.

Not all hypnotherapy is the same and there are different orientations and treatment approaches within hypnotherapy. I practice Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy which is a more traditional form of hypnosis taking a look at behaviors and solutions rooted in your past experiences while Solution Oriented Hypnotherapy focuses on finding solutions to your problems in your present time.
